keep in mind
that terraces are located on the ground floor and balconies on second or third floors.
we cannot guarantee balconies since it will depend on the permits of your land.

when submitting
we will get back to you within 2-4 weeks with a floor plan and a mockup of what your home would look like for further discussions.
